With Lebron taking an unnecessary night off, Dwayne Wade hurt, and David West sitting this one out as well, this game lacks the excitement that was anticipated when fans first saw it on the schedule. Expect nothing more than a few minutes from Bosh. The Hornets will be looking to find some player combinations that will work off the bench, and regain some confidence following their discouraging loss to Orlando.
Injuries
Hornets- David West (wrist)
Heat- LeBron James (muscle cramp), Dwyane Wade (hamstring), Carlos Arroyo (groin), Jamaal Magloire (knee) and Eddie House (shoulder).

They can say they are playing it safe all they want. It’s fear, and reasonable fear, mind you, that their season depends totally on these three guys, all three, making it through the season playing 75 games each at a minimum and playing every playoff game.
Welcome to real life, Miami. You may win 82+16 games for 6 straight years, but you’ll live in constant fear, not of taking a step back, but from looking as foolish as we did without Chris and Peja. The reason: you don’t have a team. You have a stars and an entourage. I’m interested to see how it stacks up to a team.
I’m ready to see my team play. LET’S GEAUX HORNETS!!
Yeah same here, so we should win since its just Bosh (garb) lol, but I’m expecting a god game… will this game be televised in any way?
good*
yes it will be on NBAtv in 3 minutes
Bosh is a 5 time all-star who’s won 2 olympic medals. He’s ain’t garbage dude.
PUT MARCUS AS A STARTER JUST SEE HOW HE DOES
Lacks excitement!? We have a good chance of beating the Miami heat tonight! How is this not exciting?
It’s preseason and LeBron, Wade, and D West are all out so a lot of the ‘excitement’ factor is gone.
Still, I’m curious to see how the team plays and how our 4s handle Bosh. Hopefully Marcus doesn’t shoot under 20% tonight.
I know. That was completely sarcastic. I still enjoyed the game nonetheless.
Hornets had no business losing that lead. Lawdy lawdy.
I shall now begin making my ” I heart Nelli” scrapbook!
Belinelli looked really nice tonight. Nice.
I just want to marcus thornton start just once n he will have a 20 point night cause he is no hood off the bench
