I tried to post this last night but there were technical difficulties but here it is. Hornets win third in a row and the rookies played a big part in the W. I was not able to see the game but the box score was impressive.

Game 14: Hawks 88 @ Hornets 96

–First time in franchise history the Hornets have beaten the top team in West and East in back-to-back games…Great job!

–Collison was huge and is maturing quickly…22 points and 11 assists. David West had 12 points and 10 boards and Peja chipped in 17. Emeka had 10 boards but only 4 points.

–Thornton was huge off the bench with 21 points. Posey had 8 points and 6 rebounds.

–Defense: Holding Joe Johnson to 14 points was the key…

–Jamal Crawford was outstanding off the bench for the Hawks with 21 points…he is making an early case for 6th man of the year…

–Coach Bower is now 3-2 as HC…@ Miami on Sunday…
