Okay, time to take control of our own destiny.

Tonight the Hornets face the Los Angeles Clippers in the final home game of the regular season at the New Orleans Arena. Should the Hornets win, we clinch the division title and can finish no lower than the second seed. Should the Hornets lose, game 82 in Dallas tomorrow will be intense.

Info…

Hornets (W-L): 55-25

Clippers (W-L): 23-57

Game Time: 7:00pm Central.

TV: CST locally, League Pass elsewhere.

Radio: KMEZ 102.9 FM in New Orleans and WIBR 1300-AM in Baton Rouge.

Linkage: Lots of it, and very CP3-heavy…

Also keep an eye on Lakers-Kings in L.A. tonight (9:30pm Central). That's the final game of the regular season for the Lakers, and if they somehow lose they finish with a 56-26 record. That leaves the door open for our Hornets, who could finish with a 57-25 record if we beat the Clips and Mavs.

As for our likely opponent in the opening round of the Playoffs? Let's explore those options tomorrow, when there are fewer variables to deal with and my head hurts less.

Feel free to go nuts in the comments. Here's hoping we snap out of this funk and kick ass tonight.

[UPDATE] Hornets breathe fire in the second half, win 114-92.
