There Will be a Hornets Season!!! (Officially)

Published: December 8, 2011

The lockout and it’s consequent suckiness are officially over! Players have approved the new Collective Bargaining Agreement, and the season will start (sort of) on time. Although training camp starting tomorrow was essentially a forgone conclusion in the minds of many NBA fans, there were still lingering pessimism from the lockout that everything wouldn’t be tied up in time for the scheduled start of camp.  According to a number of major news outlets, that’s no longer the case. Tomorrow the Hornets will officially begin training camp and we can finally say with 100 % certainty that New Orleans will have professional basketball in 2011-2012.

Rejoice! I would have a party (not a joke), but I guess we can save that for once the season starts. This video is the Irish version in honor of Niall Doherty. If you don’t know who that is, you’re not old school Hornets247.

    Owners still have to vote.

    I’m always skeptical. Sue me.

I started visiting Hornets 247 and I’ve read that this blog was started by Niall Doherty. I guess my question is where is he/what happen to him?
