Hornets get a much needed win with some much needed help from a returning Chris Paul. The speculation that Paul would return in 10 days turned into a few days as Paul shined in his return to the court since his ankle injury just eight games ago. I’m glad Paul is back to help on the court and get this team contending…I just hope he didn’t rush back too quick because we all know it hurts Chris Paul just as much when he can’t be on the court…

Game 19: Wolves 89 @ Hornets 98

–Chris Paul nearly had a triple-double and showed why fans should start voting him back on the All-Star ballots with 16 points, 15 assists, 6 rebounds, and 8 steals, one shy of his career high…

–What is good is that Paul’s play made the starters look real good tonight…Devin had 19 points on 7-10 shooting…West had 17 points, 6 boards, and 5 dimes…Emeka had a double-double with 17 points and 13 boards

–Bench was ok but did not play a lot of minutes…Collison had 5 points and Thornton had 4

–Jefferson had his double-double form tonight with 20 points and 14 boards. Kevin Love returned tonight after missing the beginning of the season with a broken hand with 11 points and 11 boards

–Hornets go to 8-11 and have the weekend off as they prepare for the Kings at the Hive on Tuesday @ 7PM on CST
