Many options were looked at and debated, but at the end of the day the people have spoken and the guy they want is Otto Porter, Jr. In the latest round, Porter beat out Kansas’s Ben McLemore and Marylans’s Alex Len and is now awarded with the coveted distinction of Sixth Pick Tournament champion!
Will the people get what the want? If the Washington Wizards pass on the talented young small forward, all indications say that he could be ours for the taking. We will know in less than two hours. For now, we will have to be satisfied with him being the People’s Champion.
