According to someone at the game there were 347 people there for the first pitch of the Reds-Marlins doubleheader. He counted.

From The Big Lead. Hat tip to The Purple Hornet.

I will no longer diss the Hornets agin for their lacking attendance. Only 347 people? Was it a working day? I know somethimes during weekday game they are a bit empty because they are played during the afternoon and most folks are at work.

Can we trade the Zephyrs for the Marlins but keep our name?

This is probably New Orleans' fault as well since the Zephyrs aren't turning Marlin players into box office draws.

We are part of the solution, too... Me and my bud are going to stadium opener next year before Mania.

I hope the post-game traffic wasn't too terrible.
