Man, I think I speak for everybody when I say we got a glimpse of what it’ll feel like without Chris Paul on the Hornets, similar to last season when he was out due to injury.
Seeing him leave on that stretcher, even though it was just a safety precaution, left my mouth with a bad taste of what could be.
I definitely do not want to walk down that “CP3 no longer a Hornet” path ever! I cannot take these ‘hold-your-breath’ moments too much longer. It’s nerve racking! Due to how hard he plays, I always feel like something will eventually happen to him sort of like Allen Iverson with the 76ers.
SIDE BAR: Chicago is playing very well, but they can be beat by a seasoned / focused team. Miami, at the moment, isn’t that team, and they almost beat them yesterday … even with their inconsistencies and inability to close out games (GOD help LeBron, and give him the knowledge to differ to D-Wade, AMEN).
How much of confidence boost would it be for the Hornets to beat the Bulls without CP3. With the way Jack is playing … it is possible.
I have to admit, sometimes when I watch Jarret Jack I wonder how any of his shots go in, because his form is awkward; plus, all of his shots seem well contested. Nevertheless, I have to give credit where its due, because Jack has been saving the Hornets on a regular basis.
So, Jarrett, let’s go beat the Bulls!

haha objective look at hornets basketball AND dating advice as well?
What does this site not provide??
IMO back up Center is the Hornets weak spot, not Shooting Guard or Small Forward. If CP, Ariza, and Willie stay healthy and Emeka goes on the DL, this team would tank themselves out of the playoffs with Bowser-like speed.
The former happened while the latter did not.
Mike,
Thanks a lot! Now my wife is asking questions on why I want to bring her out on game night!!
