Marcus Thornton vs. Keyon DoolingCome on now, Hornets, surely you can muster enough interest to beat the Nets at 6:30 Central tonight.

The Nets are just 10-65 on the season, 6-32 at home, but they have won three of their last five, including a W over the visiting Spurs (sans Parker and Ginobili) last Monday. On Wednesday they got back to their losing ways against the Suns.

The Nets were in New Orleans on January 8th, when the Hornets managed to not quite blow a 10-point lead in the last two minutes en route to a 103-99 win. Courtney Lee dropped 28 points in that one, while David West led the Hornets with 32 and 10 boards.

Brook Lopez has been impressive in the middle for New Jersey lately, averaging 22 and 10 in his last five.

Numbers:

Pace: Nets 93.6 (24th), Hornets 94.7 (16th)
Offensive Efficiency: Nets 97.6 (30th), Hornets 104.8 (16th)
Defensive Efficiency: Nets 108.3 (25th), Hornets 107.1 (23rd)
