It’s the home opener for the Hornets this evening, and there will be lots of costumes and excitement and free t-shirts. And hopefully a much better performance than what we were treated to on Wednesday.

The Sacramento Kings will be the team in the cross hairs. Yes, they are expected to suck this season, but as Ryan mentioned in his game preview earlier today, they’re capable of getting hot and beating us with the long bombs.

Game tips a little after 7 Central. I’ll try give some updates from the Arena, so stay tuned to the comments here. I’ll also be jumping in every now and then with some comments at ESPN’s Daily Dime Live Blog.
