I think Dell will do well if he makes a move.  Some good options would be teams looking to tank and grab their good pieces, thus ensuring their tanks.  (see Philly/Sac/Orlando:  Jrue/Tyreke/Ryno)

Good options for teams looking to contend are to find a piece that will fit in their bench rotation and could help them get over the hump. I was thinking about the Dudley possibility when LAC announced they were shopping him.  Guys like he and Gallinari seem to be under valued due to injury/misutilization in rotations.

Then there are teams that are just having fire sales due to poor decisions that have been made.  (Cleveland/Knicks/Boston/Milwaukee/Detroit)

I am excited to see what moves will be made.

I can see moving Gordon this summer, but I wouldn't move Evans...I think finding a SF will be paramount..If we could find a SF who can hit the three That would open the floor for Evans and Holiday as a starting backcourt........

I would hold on to Gordon until this summer. Then us Gordon & Evans as assets for a mega deal

Hold on to Gordon.  I wouldn't trade anybody at this point.

Question for all:  Will Eric Gordon be traded before the trade deadline? I say no.

And no way I trade Gordon for Smith since Smith's contract is a year longer at basically the same salary as Gordon.  If you hold Gordon for 12 months, Gordon starts to become an expiring contract which is valuable. So I see Gordon moving then, unless we miraculously get offered expirings for Gordon sooner.

My gut says he's gone pecan. If he's here post deadline, it certainly won't be for lack of trying on dells part.

For me the Milwaukee rumblings resonate as real - their owner hates rebuilding, they have contracts they're second guessing themselves on ( sanders, ilyasova ), expiring veterans who can be added to match salaries (ridnour, butler).

For our part, I'd love to roll dice on sanders lukewarm on ilyasova but could warm, ridnour can be flipped by adding 3 rd team, butler can be bought out to go to Mia or serve as starting sf for us til he expires, lot of possibility there

@Houpgarou I like what we would receive it would probably be too much but, Larry Sanders deal Ballons after this year killing our tax next season along with those other multi year deals but its good if Andre Miller would retire and we would need to clear a roster space.

@Houpgarou If I was Dell, if the opportunity to cut my losses now than sooner, I take the best deal available.

Milwaukee looks like they are looking at Joel Embid, Jabri Parker, or Wiggins at the draft, but they are in a bind considering the fact they drafted Giannis and Sanders' albatross of contract. Milwaukee could get rid of expiring contracts (Ridnour, Butler, Udoh) or get rid of Gary Neal ($6 Mil a year for 2 seasons) and OJ Mayo. I would be surprised if the rumored Rivers-Udoh deal goes down, because I think Dell could get a better trade than that.

Detroit Pistons, on the other hand, unless we take both Villanueva and Stuckey as well as give up Ryan Anderson and the rights of Pierre Jackson, then I could see the Monroe trade going down if Detroit wants Gordon. They need guards and a young vet to help with the development of KCP.

Bobcats seems to me to be the likely candidate to take Gordon. The way I see if Charlotte wants to forfeit their 1st from Portland and be open to give up Jeff Taylor, then I can see that be a reasonable trade for them. However, it would be risk/reward situation for the 'Cats considering that Kemba Walker will be a restricted FA next year.

I really think there is limited interest in regards to the rest of the Pels', my guess would be a package deal involving Jackson.

You're right about that, it would leave us solid across the board but taking on too much salary for next year, we'd probably would have to take back ridnours expiring instead, though aminu is only 1 yr deal so his $$ could be applied towards chandler next year, same for stiemsma (and jsmith) helping to pay sanders
